Working in our team means ongoing learning and development of state of the art digital know-how that not yet exists due to the low digital maturity level of the industry. Variety: Our colleagues regularly work together in a team with different experts and learn from each other’s competences. Due to the variety of topics within a single project and across the numerous different digitization projects we never get bored at DEUBIM.
Training: We offer not only trainings to our customers. Internal training is an important success factor of our company ensuring know-how transfer. In this way we can leverage the competences and each of our employees can benefit from the know-how available at our company. Furthermore, we support our employees with individual external trainings.
Workplace: You can expect bright and modern offices centrally located in Berlin and Düsseldorf. Considering the preference of our employees we provide Windows or Apple computer.
Events: We work a lot but regular team events after work are very important to us. Thus, on a regular base we organize team events such as barbecue evenings on the rooftop of our Dusseldorf office.
